Need help with brake rotor removal

I have a 99 320CLK, and have commenced to replace the front rotors and pads. There is a great post with pics in the DIY section of this forum, but no details as to "how" to remove the rotors from the vehicle once both the caliper assembly is removed and the locking screw. Any thoughts besides using some heavy persuasion tools?

You WILL have to use some heavy persuasion with a hammer once you have the small screw out. It is stuck!!

Persuasion Worked

Thanks for help on this. I actually sprayed a penatrating lub on the seams, and used a crow bar wedged from behind (no hammer!). New Brembo's look good!
