Navi. CD question

Stock Navigation question
Hi guys, I just bought a w208 with the navigation system. I was told it has a cd that will be included. I'm guessing its like a tune up cd or something? I wont have the car for about a week as I am getting it shipped. I live in Kansas and its coming from California. Are these cd's region specific meaning I would have to find a different one for my region? Or will the navi work fine and I done need to worry? I'm clueless on the navi system. Any help is much appreciated.

If it is an original Comand, then the cd holds the map and data for the specific area it is bought for, and the system will not be able to guide you anywhere without it. I don't know if the cd will cover Kansas, but if not, then there probably is a posibility to get one that does on eBay.
