HPF E46 M3 Turbo, LET C32 AMG
clk55 motor in 320

have a friend who totaled his clk55. the engines fine though. is it concievable to put a 55 motor in a 320!!!!

2000 CLK 320
i think you would want a new suspension and probably a new tranny, that can handle the power of the amg engine. this is just an assumption, i dont know for sure.

Shouldn't be too difficult (same chassis, xmembers, tranny housing etc), but you might as well buy the whole car for spare parts. If you don't know how to do it yerself, don't bother. It will be cheaper for you to buy a clk55.

Tons of things you have to change . Engine , transy, ECU, diffirential... etc.

Why would you need to swap the diffs? If anything you need the driveshaft (if the v8 tranny is longer for some reason).
