Squeaky windows
My CLK 320 coupe's driver and passenger window "squeak" when rolled up or down after they've gotten wet. (I vaguely remember that someone had a similar problem on this forum, but I can't locate it.) Is this normal or is this something that my dealer (or I) can fix?

On my former 2001 SL500, the squeaks only disappeared AFTER removing the window tinting. But that vehicle had many things wrong with it.
I am so glad that I have a CLK.

I had a similar problem with my 2002 CLK320 coupe. The techs at the MBs told me that its' the molding ( like mach430 said ). saying that its' still new and takes some times to wear in. They said they'lll check the windows again at service A, and still the squaeking noise dont stop, they'll replace the windows.
