About two years ago I noticed a 1/2 inch crack developing in the score line near the top left portion of the passenger airbag cover. Since then, it has slowly grown and now is about 3 inches long and almost reaches the top left rounded corner of the cover. Wasn't there some sort of recall about this a few years back? I truly don't want to tear the dash open to replace this cover, but it worries me that as the crack grows I may have to do just that, or get a furry dash cover...eew. Then I'd need the fuzzy dice to go with it.
