Strange noise at certain RPM

I've got a strange noise at certain low RPM...it's a sound that you'd think an a/c blower would make if it was going bad but my a/c wasn't on when this happened this morning...it makes the noise when I step on the gas at low RPM either when I'm slowing down or starting up but keeping at a low speed.

Could it be my after market intake rattling loose even though it sounds like it's coming from underneath my passenger side dash or glove box or towards the back of the engine but on the passenger side near the bottom?

Help...any input would be insightful so that I can make suggestions to my mechanic. Thanks.

I drive a CLK 320.

Figured it out...it was the exhaust pipe metal shield underneath the car, bent it away from the pipe and the noise is gone...I really need to lift my car with some normal drop springs like H&R or Eibach because my car is sinkling.

Well from your previous threads you have a pretty low CLK, and you got them Dubs on, I think you should try raising it up just a bit so you don't end up scraping anything on that beauty.
