Removing the climate control surround panel
Is the panel screwed in, or is it on snaps like the shifter surround where you can persuade it to release with a pull? I need to pull the entire thing and I would hate to break it.

never mind I got it, I'll explain the rest when I am done.
Part 2 of project white out is nearly complete
Conveniently, my alpine has the option to change to a white screen AND the buttons change color so I cam make them amber to match the OBC read out in the cluster

Well, I'm a lot closer to finishing this. The misc interior buttons are going to be a huge pain though and will require a mix of 3mm white and SMD's.
I have built custom festoon clusters for the overhead interior lights with 20,0000k MCD led's.

Keep us updated, i'm dying to see how the finished product looks. Glad someone out there takes the time to do crazy things like this. If I knew how to do it I would. Jury wish I would of stayed awake during my classes maybe i would of learned more about circuitry.
