clk430 Transmission having problem...PLEASE HELP!

clk430 Transmission having problem...PLEASE HELP!
I bought my 99 clk430 with about 75k and the trans dropped the first day and was replaced at some ghetto place...i bought car from a sketchy dealership but you make mistakes 
....Now the transmission will hit hard out of first into second or about 40mph only when i am flooring it which i like to do. Also when you like put the car into first to use the "manual" for changing gears it is also ruff in 1st to second and also will get like stuck in high rpms...kinda scary.The car now has 110k and i am wondering what i should do before it gets any worse.Any suggestions? Please please help...thankyou in advance!
UPDATE** I realized today that it is down shifting hard when using high rpms. As long as i do not let go of gas and keep getting it the trans shifts perfect. Will not do it much at all or not noticeable when ESP/Traction COntrol is off...anyone with similar situations don't be afraid to share it.THanks
