I have a 99 Clk convertible. It has had the regulator replaced 4 times since new to stop a snapping sound it makes.

Now this time, after i get the car back, when im driving, i hear WHOOOOOSHHHHh from the outside.

I got out and looked at the window. it doesnt even line up flush with the rear one. The passenger side is perfect, but ive been there way too many times for this friggin window now.

Is there a way I can adjust the angle of how the glass sits? It rained the other day and rain even went in my car.

I call them complaining, and they said next thurday they can fix it.

Hmrf. I should call Mbusa at this point?

Just had to vent a little, has anyone had problems like this?

Where do you live? Maybe you need to find a better dealer.

I live in North NJ

The only other dealer choice is 45 mins away, and ive heard horror stories about them too.

You would think that because mbusa is in Montville NJ, that they would have decent dealers that are 30 minutes from them

Which dealer are you talking about? I've had pretty good experiences with Prestige in Paramus... but maybe I just got lucky. Benzel Busch in Englewood is only 15 minutes away... but I've never dealt with them.

Heard horror stories about Globe's service department.

i have same ****en problem i have bouncing window

house of imports coulnt fix it they messed with it and messed up my power mirrors, took it to keys they didnt fix it, at last took it to stingler they fixed it but now i have gap when i close the door


i took my car this morning for them to fix this and other major problem
