Any ideas on this alarm issue?

Any ideas on this alarm issue?
When I first bought the car I would lock the door and the alarm would beep a solid tone for 5 seconds, stop for 5 seconds, and start again for another 5 seconds. This would go on for 5-10 minutes and it would stop.
Every time i locked the car the process would start again. It took me less than 30 minutes to grow tired of hearing the beep and I unplugged the alarm siren and removed it.
Now I am revisiting this issue in an effort to get my beep working so I don't always have to look back to see the headlights flash for confirmation on the alarm.
The car had a bad 02 sensor, brake switch, and MAF when I bought it so after replacing this, the car was put on the machine and did not show any codes afterwards.
Today I decided to plug the alarm siren back up and see if it still did it since I never tested it after the computer was reset, and sure enough it still does it.
Anyone experience this and have it fixed?
