MBWorld has 1100+ members. Maybe we could all put down $900, and get to drive the car for 1 day every 3 years? Obviously, I'm joking, but would anyone here pay $900 to drive the car?

I would definitely pay $900 for one hour on a fast track (say Sebring, Elkart lake or Watkin's Glen) with this car!!!
That is with no damage liability....
