I own a 2001 clk 200k

I want to do some upgrade on the engine.
I have checked Carlsson performance kit and found out that:


Performance Kit CK20 (emission standard Euro4, Euro3)
Consists of a special water pump wheel, vibration damper,
special air filter and Carlsson chrome insignia.

I am looking at the Carlsson's performance chart sheet and it claims ;

Performance Standart Performance Carlsson
120kw-163ps-5300min1 150kw-204ps-5800min1

the question is such power gain possible on the engine by changing
1)water pump wheel
2)vibraton damper
3)air filter

I would be pleased to receive your comments/suggestions
