Question Front End Parts

Hi everyone just picked up a 1999 clk 430, very nice car but the car needs 2 inner tie rod ends and a front passenger upper ball joint. Its funny the local auto parts places have the opposite of what i need! They have the outer tie rod ends and the lower ball joints, so my question is now is, are these stealership parts or can I get them somewhere else? If I can get them somewhere else, where? Thanks guys I did do alot of searching but I came up empty thats why I'm here. Any help would be cool cuz I realy dont want to pay top doller for front end parts, and yes I did try ebay, still no luck.

Thanx dude but they only have the lower ball joints like the other places and they do not specify what tie rod ends they sell, but is most likley the outer tie rod ends, I just cant belive that i cant find the parts I need anywhere on the internet! There must be a place that sells them other than MB!

...and by the way DropTop nice Clk! where did you get the door kit? I would love to do that to my MB was it hard? Can you pop them by remote?

Thank you. The inner fenders would have to be rolled to make room for the bracket and the shock. Each side takes about 8 hrs to do. The wiring harness that goes to the door has to be extended as well. The doors open by hand, not with a remote. Im sure they got the remote ones to now.
