I prefer Chevron, but I normally fill up at Mobil because it's more convenient. I avoid Arco and Costco because I have consistently measured reduced fuel economy on their fuels. My wife still insists on filling up her car at Costco everytime she's there.
BTW, Costco doesn't use Chevron with Techron. They buy their fuel wholesale. Sometimes it comes from Chevron, sometimes from Exxon-Mobil, etc., but always before it gets the brand name additive package. The big companies even sell to each other in the same way (i.e. the gas you buy at Exxon might have come from the Chevron refinery, and Exxon's additive package added later).
