Mine averaged about 8 miles
On the MB's I have bought none more than 11 miles.
Other makes have had up to 22 or so, but there is no reason for a car "off the truck" to have more than this. I have heard about MB picking random cars at the arrival port for testing and these can rack up 50 or so, but I have only heard this and never experienced it.

do mercs have a dealer reset button..
all vw/audi do so they can reset the milage to 0 before delivery? but they susually leave a few miles showing ( i only know this as my friend is sales mgr for my local vw dealer...)
to be fair... the reset "button" will only work within first 30 miles
i assume its a software fix rather than a hidden button
