Engine Fan Malfunction&P0150 code

Engine Fan Malfunction&P0150 code
Hi everybody. I haven't been here for a while since everything it worked very well, except a small problem-brake switch.
Now how ever I have two problems with my wife's car:
1. Engine Fan Malfunction on the display which I can't reset. The fan is working, but not from a cold start, after a couple of minutes, when the engine it begins to worm up. Not sure how it suppose to be. Engine temperature is OK.
2. I have a pending code also. P0150-O2 Circuit Malfunction(Bank2 sensor1)
this would be the right front sensor? It is necessary to fix to pass smog check? No check engine light is on.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Tibor
