FINALLY out of the shop!!!!
Ok, so I finally got the car out of the shop yesterday. And I think the wait was well worth it. And the sideskirts are the stock AMG skirts, I presonally think that they look nice, probably alot better then the ones I bought.
I took some pics really quick before I went to work this morning, plus its raining here. I will take some better pics that show the kit better later when its not raining, but here she is.....

Thank you. Ya I defitely need to do something with the exhaust and was going to, but had to pay more out of pocket for the extra work to make the kit work. I will do more things in January...definitely a work in progress

wow, looks a lot better than you were reporting earlier with all the fitment issues, came out pretty good, looks like it needs a little more work on the bottom part of the headlights, but overall, not bad at all, how much was the install?

Looks very clean DA! They did a nice job, the ride is looking sweet as always, I'm really feeling that front bumper ALOT! The rear definately needs quad/dual exhaust, so I know you'll do those later on as well.
Looks awesome tho, bet you were very pleased and happy to have your car back!

Happy owner of '98 CLK 320
I think I'll have to agree with most people here: The front looks very good!
The AMG sideskirts seems to accent the design of the bumbers well too, so grats on that
I will be looking forward to seeing some pics taken from clear skies, with a little bit better lighting, because I find it hard to see the details properly.
So... the big question is... are you happy with the result, and was it worth the "trouble"?

Thanks to all your comments! I'm very happy with the results. I do definitely agree with the comments about the rear bumper, I do plan to do a dual exhaust, originally I had planned on doing that, but since it cost so much more to make everything fit right, I had to put it off, so I'm hoping to get that done after December.
Out of pocket I had to pay $1500, but total with the insurance check, everything came to just under $3,500 But all in all, I think it was well worth it and well worth the wait. Hopefully the weather will give me a little break so I can cldean her up and take some nice pics so you all can have a better look.
If you don't mind me asking, what was it you were thinking needed a little work by the headlights?? I'm open for all opinions!

What I meant was from the pics you have up of the driverside headlight, there seems to be a small gap between the bottom of the headlight and the bumper, not that big of a deal, but looks like the curvature of the body kit around the driverside headlight is a narrow, nothing that cant be fixed, but like i said, looks good, and not a big deal...it is hard to get that area to fit right same issue with my carlsson kit but the opposite, it comes up too much, but my install was cheap with no fitment, mine is definitely not perfect.

CurYousGee: Oh ok, I see what you mean, ya there is that little gap, but that's not really that big of deal to me. there were a couple a things I noticed the other day after I washed the car, ie. a paint drip and the rear bumper-when you look at the car from the back, one side covers more of the wheel than the other does, so when I bring the car back to the shop next week I'm going to talk to them about that. But thanks for pointing that out to me!

No problem man....she looks good, like I said not a big deal, I am just being pickly with my observations.
Now clean her up and take some more pics!
