BMW
Motor mounts do not cause the steering wheel to shake.
I had the same problem in my 7 series bmw.
There can be numerous things that cause your steering wheel to shake at those speeds.
You might have warped rotors and if your rotors are fairly new, the lug nuts might have been over-torqued which would usually cause warped rotors.
Check your brake calipers.
Maybe you have loose or worn out wheel bearings.
Check your front bushings (control arm, etc...)
If the rotors and associated brake parts are ok, go to the suspension for the answer (F traction bushing, idler arms, tie rod ends etc...)
Start with the basics; like bent wheels, balancing, wheel to hub fitment.
Hope this helps.
