Helllppppppp!!! MAF
If it is the MAF sensor here's a good set of instructions to follow for cleaning it...

Cleaning it didn't really work for me so I just replaced it.. Got a new Bosch MAF sensor (insert only/ not the entire plastic cylinder) off ebay for about $95. The stealership will usually get you for at least twice as much.
If you buy from ebay make sure the sensor is new and not just a cleaned off used one. Also make sure it is Bosch instead of a cheap imitation.
Pull the codes on your car to make sure the MAF is actually the problem. When mine had a bad MAF sensor on it, the code was P0170 and P0173 (Fuel trim malfunction in bank 1 and bank 2).
Good luck. Hope that helps.
After I cleared the code, it took about 100-200 miles for the code to reappear after cleaning it (btw no check engine eventhough the p0170 code reappeared when scanned).
Then I replaced the MAF insert and the car runs like new... I almost forgot how smooth it was supposed to run. I think it was fine what you did with clearing the code then cleaning the MAF or vice versa. Either way, you have to clear the code to see if it pops up again (I also pulled the negative terminal of the battery for a little bit to get the system to reset and gather new data). Did the cleaning work for you? It wasn't a permanent fix for mine, but the new MAF was well worth it.
P.S. - if you put a question mark after your question, people will know that you have a question...otherwise you're not going to get much help.
