Solar Eclipse window tinting
5309 Etiwanda Ave., Tarzana CA 91356
(818) 705-5528

They do good work, and it was only $200 for 5% Onyx all around.

I had my CLK55 done at Solar Eclipse.

$140 for 35% Onyx all around including soft velcro in 1 HOUR!!!

One piece in the back and up to the edge on the side windows. Everybody else quoted me $250 and one place $375 (By Design, L.A.) plus they wanted the car all day.

Awesome Service & great guys at Solar Eclipse.

Thanks for the info, Newbie. (BTW, Nice photo shoot)

Hey, I'm glad you were satisfied! I think that place is a hell of a find. They're so much cheaper than everyone else, and they do great (and FAST) work. Unfortunately, I've been having a lot of problems with the velcro glue smearing the tint on the passenger side- they fixed it once, but it's obviously the window, not them. I'll probably wind up getting the film replaced on that side, because it's gotten so messed up. Oh well, I still think Solar Eclipse is great.

CLK69- I went to that link. Under 5% front/back, it says "Not legal in any of the 50 states." I love it.

BTW- You're from BH? I'm there just about every day- we should meet up. I'll be there tomorrow afternoon getting a few things done....

No more than my driving does. I speed everywhere, and basically think I'm in an F1 race all the time.

I've only gotten one ticket and one verbal warning for the tint. It wasn't even a verbal warning- the cop said "How dark is that tint?" My reply was "Pretty dark!" and that was it.

So answer my question dude- you live in Beverly Hills? I'll be there doing stuff all afternoon tomorrow. I'm in Hanc0ck Park, 10 mins away.

Edit- how stupid is that- the "****" in Hanc0ck is censored .
