01 CLK fog lamps won't burn

Newbie here but well versed in upgrades. So after painting my calipers (good info found here), I decide to change out the bulbs to my fog lamps (stock H1). One side looked fried but the bulb popped out and I switched both.

Tried lighting but got nothing. I did a scan through both fuse boxes but found nothing related to fogs. Any ideas before I start going through the wiring???

TIA,
gary

if you got more then 55 watt bulb then u will have a problem
the stock bulb is H1-55W
how ever lots of ppl like to to go h1-60w cause its more brighter
thats the only thing i can think about right now why u have that problem

also all that junk thy sell in auto zone and other place's
that sell fake hid bulbs for $20 or so
DO NOT PUT THAT IN YOUR CAR ! its very bad just put it that way
it may look cool yes, but its more watts and it will eat up ur wires

there is many hid kit's you can buy its plug and play and its the same watts
and its about $100 a kit on ebay just get the right bulb size
like i said make sure you get the right watt size
dont go higher then 55watt
if you want a stock looking hid kit color
3000k = yellow ( very good for fog lights )
4300k = will look like facotry nissan
6000k = white/blue look like acura
8000k = nice blue lots of ppl use this
10000k pure blue ( will blind ppl )
