hid kits are 35 watt most kits some ppl are dumb and go with 55 watt kid wich is more brighter but it will **** up ur wires if you go with a brighter watt

I have a 55 watt bulb and thats what Mercedes said I can use??

It's a low beam light

h7 sylvania

The high beams work

But the wires look freyed and the bulb "that doesnt work" looks fine and I wanted to know how I would go about fixing the wires

Can I just get the wires and do it on my own or have a local mechanic do it?

Wow

I did not know that cuz I was looking in the manual and it said 55watt low/high beam and I knew something was up

And just to clarify the high beams are 55watt h7?
The low beams are 35 watt h7?
Rite? Like the ones in one Headlamp together

And I have no clue what the Xenons are

So my question is how the $#%* do I fix my wires?

What do I buy and is a DIY Job?

Thanks for the response man

yes man going up to more watts will **** up your car
xenons are knowed as hid head lights
they also make fake hid's wich is more watt head lights hyper white wich will **** up ur wires
now as far as a real hid goes it will look nice on your car and u will see better
h7 hid kit goes for 140$
http://cartoka.com/
i say you go with a hid ! its the best thing you can do

the hid comes in colors
4300k is facotry hid cars
6000k is white blue color
8000k is sky blue

and with a hid kit you wont need any high beam's its so bright !

pick any one of them any thing other then is no good
oh yeah have your wires fixed then get this hid kit iam sure u will not have a problem at all

and how u fix you wires is.... take it to some 1 local shop that you trust with ur car
cause if you take it to m-benz its gonna be a arm and leg $ money wise

if you live in newyork if you buy the hid kit i can help you install it

here is a pix
stock head lights vs hid kit you tell me whats better

Cool I think I'm going to buy one

But to make sure we are talking about the same thing it's my low beam wires
That are totally fricked up

And I need to fix my wiring system because it's all freyed

So if I just changed that I should be fine???

Cuz my lighting throughout is starting to get messed up now

When I put my high beams on my symbol in my instrument cluster doesn't work
