another w208 tranny problem AGAIN

Bout feed up with MB, I have had my 2000 clk430 fo only 8months now its been parked more than I've driven it. when i bought it it only had around 28k on it and now im at 32k. the 1st problem when in drive the gears kept sticking and all that good stuff, took it too the shopn they said they ran a diagnostic on it, so the shop changed some type of adapter plug and some type of adapter box, the shop said it should be fine. (cost me $950)
2 days later the same thing occuried, back 2 da shop, the guy at the shop said that my 5th gear is shot so he said he rigged it so you can drive it but you have too drive it in gear 4 but i cant send it into 5th gear.
So that work ok for a couple of weeks now the car wont hold any power, i mean i have too jump it too start it it drives this started one evening i was washing it and when i finished washing it the bas light came on , now when i turn the car off it wont turn over unless i jump start it. and the radio code is needed to turn the radio on
any help out there

Happy owner of '98 CLK 320
I am guessing you just have a collapsed battery

CLK Cabrio
FIRST find a new shop!!!! Where are you located. 950 is very high almost half of a new tranny. for a car with such low miles i would call your mb of north america and tell them what is going on (skip the hole had my tech mess with the fifth gear thou).

i have a great tech in L.A.

change your battery first...low power will trigger the BAS light...

Tranny

Ok I Just Had The Battery Tested The Results Were:
Good Battert Voltage 13.16v
Measured: 662 Cca
Rated: 825cca
Temperature: 34degrees F
So Could This Still Be From A Collasped Battery Or Is It The Bas Light
