it is not particularly difficult, but it's always better to have a professional do it.

It should be an easy task. At least you can do is just try it first before
you pay someone else to do it. I heard that you might have to transfer
all the bracket and clip over.

whats an impact strip? does it cost a lot?

An Impact strip is the thin strip going around your car about 2 inches tall. It's designed to absorb the impact when you hit something with your door etc.
