Injection problem? , shaking ..weird

Alirgh so my car shakes a lil bit on a full stop ,idle is not constant and has a lack of power , but as soon as I put injection cleaner mixed with a full tank the shaking goes away for about one month and the power comes back. I use 91 octane , engine mounts changed , maf changed and fuel filter changed. I dont want to have to ad injection cleaner every 3 weeks. Where could the problem come from?

dude this is trippin me out. how friggin weird.. my car totally did this, if you search for the post that riannna put out called "shaking" i swear her problem is the same.. but mine did this last year or a year and a half ago when i first bought the car and i put the stuff in my fuel tank too.. changed the maf too.. did everything too it would help the problem for awhile and it would come back, i actually ended up flushing the transmission fluid a couple times too and that helped a lot but in the end it was a tranny problem and i had to buy a new tranny. ever since its been perfect. is like tran problems like common in clks or something? now i'm getting worried. thats a pretty serious problem!

93 Octane is not a must. Neither is 89. Our cars will run on 87 if need be as the knock sensor will retard ignition timing if detonation is picked up by the sensor. You should run 91 at a minimum though. The fuel requirement for optimal performance is 91 per MBUSA given the vehicle's compression ratio.

Regarding the issue at hand, the transmission was changed but is the transmission mount in good shape? Sounds like thats the critical piece that can cause problems. You could have bought a bad MAF, it has happened to other forum members in the past. The only other thing that I can think of given what you've stated is that the O2 sensors could be going bad but they'd typically throw a CEL on the dash. Best of luck...

From what you described and what you already eliminated, I would guess that it would be the spark plugs too.
