Decisions, Carlsson 2/5 or AMG Monoblok

OK, I couldn't find Carlsson 2/5 18x10R. They are available only in 18x8F and 18x9R, same as AMG Monoblocks and for the same price. I like the agressive look of the Carlssons, but I love the clean look of the Monoblocks. Which way should I go? Aaahhhhh! Decisions!

Carlsson.
I have AMG Monoblocks on currently. Was planning on purchasing 2/5's, but I got stuck with Monoblocks becuase a friend didnt want them anymore. I like the Monoblocks also, but a lot of people ask me if I'm going to throw rims on my car. I tell them they are it. People just expect to see flashy rims and the AMG's just have a plain styling to them. I like them.

I don't believe in mixing tuners. If it's a AMG leave it AMG. Just my opinion. But there is a but to this, and that is the BBS LM,s What a beautiful wheel!!

AMG AMG AMG AMG AMG

I don't know why people like Carlsson 2/5. I like the other Carlsson, but not 2/5. I see those type of 5 spoke wheels on many Japanese cars.

If you have AMG bodykits, stay with AMG wheels, unless you want to put BRABUS V wheels.

BRABUS V is the best looking wheels for me. But.....the problem about these rims is its price.

Get a replica, the real Brabus are heavy as hell anyways... so if you just like the look, get a replica, I think Lowryder said he got them for sale.

Replica is not bad at all.. obviously, original products are better, but not as much as you paid. Replica is just same thing except that it doesn't have Brabus logos engraved into it.

People who has a lot of $$, go for original... if don't, why not replica? Not bad at all.. for that fraction of its cost.

Carlsson 2/5 wheels weigh 33 lbs each- too heavy if you want performance.

Tom is looking for 18", which I believe way around 27lbs. The monoblocks are going to be roughly the same weight at the same size anyways.

Tom, go with the Carlssons!!! We just had a white E Class leave our shop after installing a Kleemann supercharger on it, and it had 19" Carlsson 2/5s. It was beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!

I have always thot that AMG mono block are the perfect wheel on the w208. Not too flashy, but very classy. I guess it depends on the look you're going for.
