Search for alloy wheels
I recently brought a CLK 230K and now im searching for some alloy wheels. I have found the alloy wheels I want, but im not too sure they will fit.
The particular alloy wheels im interested in came off an S class (18", 8J, et44). I know the recommended offset for the w208 is between et35-42. Therefore, if I used some spaces to fit the alloy wheels would I get any rubbing on the fenders?
If anyone knows any information about about fitting alloy wheels with an offset different to the recommended offset please give me some advice.

P.S. the CLKs on this site are really slick, one of the reasons why I decided to buy a CLK.

You have more problems than offset. The lug bolt diameters are different on S class models. You will need to find the appropriate after market adapter bolts - easier said than done.
