Stay away from Alamomotorsports - jerks
I would recommend staying away from Alamomotorsports.com and any of their associated vendors. I have never been treated so poorly by a vendor selling auto parts.
I placed an order with these people on February 25 for iridium plugs and Magnecor plug wires. Shortly after, I got an e-mail demanding that I send photo copies of my driver's license and credit card because I might be attempting "fraud" (sure, that is why the parts were being shipped to a business). I told them that the address I was having the parts shipped to was listed on my American Express account, but they refused to call American Express because it might cost them a "fee" to verify my shipping address. So, I complied with their demands - I photo copied all the materials and sent them by e-mail to the person who had contacted me. I never heard another word from them.
Over the last month, I sent ten e-mails inquiring about my order to various e-mail addresses - all my correspondence was ignored. I finally had a moment to call today, and the guy who answered was a real jerk. Turns out, the order had never been processed, and he made no apologies. When I expressed my dissastifaction with their lack of communication, his response was to find another vendor.
Pure trash. If you like these folks, then good on you. I will never deal with them again. Who knows where my driver's license copy and credit card went.
