430 wont shift replaced shift ***. still wont shift

I replaced the shift module today. 400bucks and it still will not shift out of first. does anything need reset....after searching....could it be the valve body? the gear display will show a D and will not shift manually this is my summer ride and would love to get back on the road...I am mechanically inclined so if its something i can fix I would love to avoid the dealership...I also have access to all types of scanners. code still reads turbine input speed sensor A CIRCUIT

thanks

you should pay for a diagnostic at a dealership and fix it yourself.

I called up a few places looking to replace the shift assembly and I was told all I needed was Part # 210-545-1332, Gear Recognition Switch Control Unit.

I'm not sure if this is included in the complete shift assembly or not but this is the part I was told I would need for my 1999 CLK320 Cab.

I'm not sure if will fix the random problem I have where the car won't downshift.
