Hey fellas, well i recently survived a slight seizure when i noticed a puddle the size of my foot underneath my car of oil......of course i panic i scream pull some hair lol, but maybe someone on this org might run into the same problem, there is a small almost unoticable place right beneath the oil filter thats about 3inches big and that little rubber gasket can cause you to lose A LOTA OF OIL....i recently swapped it and thought some members might benefit from this i will post up pics by wed.....just in case someone is freaking out like i did and got a quote from the stealership for 300 lol
since pics arent up yet it goes a lot like this
approximately 6 inches beneath oil filter there is 3 hex screws you will find
disconnect coolant lines (i disconnected biggest one, and appropiately seal off)
unscrew the lowest two
remove small plate be careful though very easy to drop
remove and replace small gasket (4.20 at stealership)
replace small plate tighten well
replace hoses disconnected in process
start car once again
voila.....i keep oil in engine

need to check that gasket. do you have a part no? is it this?
