Just a quick question. I have a 99 CLK430 I like wanted to pop off the side signals and bondo/paint that and make the mirror the same as the 2000+ body style. Is this possible? If so what is required? With the 00 mirrors fit, are they the same size, and how will the wiring work?

Anyone do this at all? I cant be the only one that thought of it.

its the same dont need the real mb ones either the ones on ebay look and fit the same

 

I suppose I should have been more on key with that post. I should say the CLK is not mine as of yet, It a friends who wants to trade me for my car. I really dont like the look of the under 2000 years but at least its a 430.

Does anyone have pics of the process?
