I remember looking that CLK up before i first bought mine... don't you just love that natural rear widebody? 
There's a dude that had one here in Cali, but moved to the east coast. I don't know if that's the same guy. there's just a few of them ever made.

I read an article in some auto mag talking about how Renntech bore out a 430 into a 600 and swapped auto tranny for manual (along with a load of other goodies) and created a CLK 60 car which produced outstanding numbers. Renntech does offer this conversion on their website last time I checked. Beast of a car. V12 - that's a new one but myths do tend to grow over time.

I remember an article on this car way back in the day, i think it was renntechs fastest car at the time. KEN GRIFFEY JR. had bought two of them from renntech, one white and one black both with 6 speed manuals.
