exhaust problem. help!

exhaust problem. help!
after i start my car , there 's some noise like " tak tak tak kat " under my driver seat . It sounds like there's something inside my exhaust. Do u guys have the same problem b4 ??
It is because my exhaust is not tight or the cat is broken ???

There is a heat shield on the exhaust right under your gas pedal (bottom of car of course) or around there somewhere. That heat shield has been tack welded onto the exhaust pipe at only 4 points. Once the tack weld breaks it will make a metallic noise due to the vibration of the exhaust. Check them out before you buy some new cats like I almost did.

check the exhaust tip cover. i had to bend mine to avoid contact.
also, the exhaust was rattling after a resonator removal, but the welder found the cause and spot welded the moving part.
i'd take it to a local exhaust shop.
