H&R Cup Suspension kit

Besides being able to lower your car what are some of the other benefits of purchasing a Shock and Spring kit?

The cup kit is a good suspension for the car because it is a MATCHED set of springs and shocks. Meaning, the springs and shocks are made to work with eachother.

i vote yes.

Reason #1: It's an aggressive setup for daily driving and track.
Reason #2: Beautiful low profile w/ 17' rims or 18'

Pricewise, hard to compete w/ this quality and handling. Kleemann and others do offer very nice setups, but I researched it pretty well and for the money, and performance the kit cup is a good deal.

Ben, I know that the cup kit will lower your car more than H&R Springs, but what is the difference between both setups:
Cup kit or H&R and Koni's/Bilsteins, and what brand shocks does the cup kit comes with.

The cup kit comes with Bilstein, Sachs, or H&R Shocks (H&R is now making their own shocks). Regardless of who makes the shock, they are valved specifically for the spring rate of the springs provided with the cup kit.

The cup kit is low. If you are ok with the 2" drop, rather than the usual 1.5" drop, I would recommend the cup kit.

MACH,

You mean there is no adjusting . with the cup kit you get a flat 2"drop and with the springs you get a flat 1.5

The cup kit is not adjustable. It just lowers 1.9" for the 320, period. If you have the V8 model CLK, then the engine weight will lower it a little more in the front.
