Question on replacing side view miror

Question on replacing side view miror
I damaged my side view miror backing out of the garage.

The dealer sells the internal bracket arm and housing (factory painted) and was wondering if replacement is a sraight forward do it yourself project.

I'm pretty handy and was specifically wondering if all the attachment bolts are accessible by prying off the small speaker and removing the small pry off panel under it.

My wife did a similar thing to out ML.

The dealer fixed it under warranty

Don't know if they all will, though.

it should be a couple of screws but i think you have to take off the door panel
