Brake LIGHTS STUCK ON! 2002 CLK 320 HELP!

Brake LIGHTS STUCK ON! 2002 CLK 320 HELP!
I have a 2002 CLK 320 and NEED HELP!
When I am traveling at a fair rate of speed and I tun on the headlights, i feel a strong draw on the engine.
Also, the rear tail lights stay iluminated as well.
When the headlights are off - Everything works great.
At a stop - Pressing the brake pedal - I can hear a clicking in the engine bay as well.
Please help!
