Bruce, it looks like your headlight is shooting kind of hign, when i installed my Hella 7K i had to adjust the height and the width of it, so i take it you did not need toadjust yours?
BTW, I have a extra set of Hella 7K for sale if anyone is interested. originally bought for my SLK. e-mail me if interested.

Hey, Bruce HID looks nice. .... do you have to modify anything to install the philips hid kit or it just plug and play? and do you have to bring it to the dealer to reset the fault? I'm thinking about Philips 6000k too.... your answer will help.....thanksOriginally posted by LowRydeR

Haha, here, I got Phillip 6000K HID kit today, along with new SJ hyperwhite foglamps(old one cracked), new M17 inner bulbs, tint back the front windows, and my ghetto cf license plate frame. I really don't know how to install the kit myself, I bought it from a friend who owns a shop and he installed it for me. I don't think he modified anything to fit the HID kit. I never brought my car to the dealer to reset anything, but I know my friend did some adjustment on my fuse. Hope this helps.Originally posted by clk_klass

where's your friend shop locate at or shop number?..maybe I should stop by to see what he can do for my. The guy in City of Industry told me I can't install a HID kit in 2002 clk model because the fault indicator light will come on and sometime it won't fire...and I don't know if this's true...
