Instrument Cluster Post 2000 Model
I have a MY2000 CLK (with the newer style cluster), which is playing up, can it be changed with a 2002/2003 version? Will I get the MPH display which I don't have on mine currently? is there anything I will get?

Anyhow, barflux, the 2000 cluster does not have speed display in the ASSYST as you know. The 2001 cluster does have it. But I believe you will get a "defective display" installing the cluster in a 2000 model. I don't have any 2000 model cars around to test this on, but if I did, I would try it.

I am in no hurry, but would appreciate your feedback if you ever try it. Also will it mess up the service and mileage settings (dealer will install of course) But still worried about other problems when they touch my car.
Yeah, I don't know how Ted has it and other MY2000 (facelifted version) don't. I thought it came out after mine.
I am in the UK at the moment.

The new ones have a digital speedo in the display too...
I would like that if possible, and anything new since our cars. Plus the same fault I hope would have been resolved in later versions
