Check engine light just came on
my 2000 CLK430 has 50K miles and my check engine light just came on. Any suggestions on what to look for as I just spend like $1500 on brakes, service B, and a new fog light that was burned out. Hate spending money.

it could be a lot if thing, but check the mass air sensor , if its not closed tight and air is leaking in, the light will come on

Not sure if its nationwide or not, but I heard a rumor that AutoZone (NorCal) was going to stop 'lending' their reader out for us to check in parking lot...
