1 touch moonroof on CLK 02?

I have it and you just basically pull back on the sunroof button and release quickly and it will go back all the way. It does not have one touch close though wish it did. I have stock xenon's and nav but not really sure which cars they put it on....

Where i got lost is i always keep it tilted. On my E i can go from tilt to 1 touch open
