Ok , i still dunno who to use the damn brackets and where they go but for now used some zip tie 
Def it makes big diff when u have a shield around the intake to block the heat from the engine..FOR SOME REASON IT SOUNDS LOUDER THAN BEFORE AND I LOVE IT AND FASTER.
WILL INCLUDE A PIC OF MY OLD ONE AND MY NEW ONE :bowdown:
