KN Filter

Hey... what kind of performance increase do you get with a KN Drop In Filter? Thanks

Varies on the engine, but typically betwen 5-12HP .

really? i didnt think i filter alone could do that much.... thats just as much as an exhaust will do....

Actually, depending on the car, I think the filters can help slightly more. But even if you change your filter, you still have to deal with the inefficient factory airbox. We're in the process of designing a cold-air induction kit that will go around the engine, bypassing the heat that rises, and into a heatshielded box.

What do you call.... not a drop in filter

but the actual housing, filter, arm, etc? How much does something like that run for?

Are you referring to an intake system? The price varies significantly, depending on who makes it and where you get it. Our should be available in the coming months.
