Is your car lowered? If so, how and how much?

Im guessin your talking fronts?? 19's will amplify any problems you have so that may be why they are showing now. whats your mileage and front end history? Our suspensions wear out and with 19's that will be faster.

I have 89,000 miles on the car and never had a front end collision but I did get rear ended ones. Only thing it did was crack the rear bumper and after that I had alignment done on the car and that was with my stock rims on. What part of the suspension wear do u think would cause to this?

Id start with the easiest and most common... ball joints. at that milage they are toast. You will have other items to look at such as lower control bushings and dampner also. Last item to check is the drag link but work your ways backwards to that. Even with the 208 outdated steering, you will be surprised how tight and responsive it is when back in spec.

Lower control bushings and dampner really affects this thing, or not?

bushings yes, damper will just take out vibration and wander but nothing for wear

Yeah but it is all straight forward and not very difficult. You will need an alignment after you are done though

Outer edge wear on the front only? Sounds like toe specs are out.

thats a spec best left to the alignment shop and will only cause feathered wear across the face of the tire. Inside/outside edge wear is from bad camber adjustment.
