Unhappy some problems after 23k miles..

My gas gauge has stopped working properly.. Its either stuck at full or empty.. Also I think my catalytic converter is broken up inside, every time when the engine get warm enough and I rev to about 4-5k I hear a rattling sound..

Anyone have experiences with these problems..???

I have an appointment with the dealership this Monday.. Hopefully everything will be covered under warranty..

Cheers!

Sounds like bad fuel sending units and catalytic converters to me. No biggie, common on the CLK.

I had the same fuel guage problem. Replaced the fuel senders under warranty. I do think it's a common problem. I was at the dealer for another issue and I heard another CLK owner listing the exact same issues I had with my car a few weeks earlier.
There do seem to be a few very common W208 problems.

Squeeks and Rattles
Dash Cracking
Fuel Sender problems
Intermitant "CD changer not found" errors
Rear shade not closing right
Sticking cup-holder

Any others?
