A Cold Virbration...
I have a 2000 CLK 430 52K miles. Recently, it has started having a vibration during the first mile or so of driving (from cold Start - driving warm not noticable). Feels like a thrown wheel weight. First thought was bad tire... got new tires.(swapped rim sides) Still an issue...but only for the first mile, then smooth as silk. No brake vibration (disc's relatively new)... still vibrates while rolling with Tran in neutral. Has the feeling of being all over, not just front or rear. No noticable feel in the steering wheel. Engine runs without a miss... not a motor vibration. Dealer replaced stearing damper a while back....
