Both my front seats are squeakin like a mouse begging for cheese...

Anyone have this problem?? I've been just dealing with it lately..but its starting to get annoying.. Is this some thing I can fix myself??

I have the exact same problem with the drivers seat on my 00 320. when I put the front seat up so I can get in the back it is fine but when it returns to the normal position it screams like a friggin Jigsaw. Is there anything that can be done about this. I was going to just take mine to the dealer since it is still under warranty.

If you take it to the dealer, make sure you can pinpoint/duplicate the sound....otherwise their techs will just claim not to hear it and not diagnose a problem...in which case you will have to bring it back again and again.

I had the same problem, if I remember correctly, it was solved by using a great deal of lubricant on the seat tracks. Covered under warranty, of course.
