help, i think i scratched the crankshaft while replacing the rear seal and it now leaks!
I also think i didnt push the seal all the way into the housing after looking at the pictures i took of the original seal. It was a very light scratch on the crankshaft. Can I use 1200 grit sand paper to smooth it out? What a freakin nightmare! It wasnt even leaking before but i had the tranny down so i figured i should change the rear oil seal.
Any suggestions?
