Rear shock squeek - rubber tower bushing?

The shock towers rubber bushing looks pretty shot. If i tighten it down bolt squeek goes away and comes back.

Whats the trick replacing this rubber bushing?

just take off the bolt replace the rubber and put it back in, you dont need to jackup the car or anything.

The locking bolt turns with the shaft(i think this is the shaft). This should spin around forever right (cause the other end is in the shock body)? Just hold the shaft from spinning and screw the locking bolt down tight onto the Washer+Bushing?

Thats all? doesn't have to be torqued to certain amount or a measurement thread needs to be exposed?
