temporary annoying chaffing sound

2001 clk430
temporary annoying chaffing sound
My 2001 clk430 at the cold start up lately started to make a precarious chafing sound, which its general location is determined to be at the front of the motor, where all the pullies and the belt is located.
It only makes the sound at the cold start up, as if a pully is about to freeze, or the belt is rubbing against something(The belt is not slipping, nor a pully has stopped spinning). the sound goes away after a couple of minutes, once the engine is warmed up, and the vehicle drives as good as ever.
I wonder if any one else has had the same problem and if so the diagnosis and solution would be appreciated.
By the way, if this little information helps? I had pressured washed the same area of the engine, just right before the strange noises.
