Introduction and Question
Hello all!!
First of all, I've been reading all the posts here and actually used some of the advice found here
... I have a 2002 CL230 Kompressor (Evolution), it is pretty much in good shape (less than 62K miles or 100,000km) and I like it very much.
I finally decided to subscribe to this forum because I have the following situation:
Because of my job, next year I'll be traveling a lot.. and I'll be out of town 1 month and 1 month in town, and so on.. the question is that I've having some issues in the past when I left my car parked for a week (after a few sparks the car starts fine.. but for the firsts miles runs as if the gas was dirty).. and I'm concerned about what could happen if I leave it parked for a month...
What would you recommend me???

Hi Ronin, I too owned a CLK230 prior to this current 55. It's a fine car, if racing from 0 - naughty naughty ain't your thing. Anyway, to your quesion... do you have a neighbour or family friend who can take your car for a quick run once a week? It will do the trick. I used to travel a lot with my previous job. I had my missus doing just that and never a problem on return. Good luck!
